The holiday season is a time for giving, and for the past seven years, our agency has been working tirelessly to provide new bicycles to foster youth in need through our “Dreams on Wheels” bike drive. We are thrilled to report that we collected a total of 158 bikes, and were able to distribute 118 of those bikes to foster youth in Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehama counties during the 2022 holiday season. As the holiday season approached, our agency looked for ways to bring joy and cheer to our resource families, who work tirelessly to provide a safe and loving home for foster youth in our community. This year, we partnered with the Turtle Bay Exploration Center to offer our families a magical night at the Redding Garden of Lights.
